Noieria is aware that errors may occur or that situations may alter soon after an order is placed. For this reason, before qualified orders are completed and ready for shipping, we provide a brief cancellation window.

Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 120 minutes (2 hours) of placing it. After this window, your order will be automatically processed and prepared for dispatch, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

We strongly recommend that you contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel it. Timing is essential, as all orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

After the Cancellation Window

If more than 2 hours have passed since your order was placed, it will likely have entered processing or shipping stages and can no longer be cancelled. In this case, we invite you to:

  • Wait for your order to be delivered.

  • Then initiate a return and refund request according to our Return & Refund Policy, if you still wish to reverse the transaction.

Exceptions & Conditions

  • Cancellations cannot be guaranteed if attempted outside our business hours or during high-demand periods.

  • If your cancellation is received after the 2-hour window, even if our team hasn't yet processed the order, we reserve the right to decline the cancellation.

  • Orders placed with incorrect contact or address information that are not corrected in time may be processed as-is and fall outside the cancellation window.
